On our injection molding machine in our technical center we have set up a complete setup with sensor monitoring and digitalization of process data and run tests and samples for the improved processing of recyclates for our customers.
Achieving end product quality and avoiding loops
When using recycled compounds, the first question is about the final component quality. Are there any restrictions or what changes can be expected? Are these manageable?
In addition to utilizing one’s own production capacity, there is also a significant risk of going through avoidable loops when entering the processing of recycled plastics without prior experience and deeper knowledge.
