Sampling, solving problems in the tool and pre-series
We are more than just consultants - we offer real technical support and help you to get an overview and react correctly!
Many requests from our customers are of a practical nature. Problems arise in the processing of plastics or in the use of plastic tools. Some can be answered with specialist knowledge or the classic textbook. But many things need to be tested. For example, with a technical center for injection moulding
A plastics pilot plant for injection molding for a consulting company?
It is precisely for these cases that we have invested in an extensively equipped injection molding machine in order to be able to test and solve these questions live. Here we process for you:
- Thermoset
- BMC
- Thermoplastic
- Recycled plastic
- Bioplastics
Some technical details are only possible in conjunction with laboratory activities. Therefore, with the support of our partners, we have set up a laboratory that helps us characterize plastics.
Four regular plastic questions that we solve in the technical center for injection moulding
Quick response directly at the machine
Recognizing batch fluctuations and defining measures
The influence of thermocouples on tool temperature control during the injection molding process
What role does steel quality play in durability, temperature control, and cooling or heating times?
Efficient sampling without production stoppages
Your operation is designed for high efficiency and utilization to be economically successful. Standstills for sampling new tools are not welcome there. Especially when these are needed multiple times.
We offer you sampling with full documentation and, if necessary, also with the verification of technical issues through simulation and additional sensors. We are your external problem solvers and will point out any potential weaknesses.
You can continuously produce your standard parts while we sample and qualify the new products.
If you are already using tools that are not performing satisfactorily, we will take a look at them and suggest possible improvements.
