Ingo Schwarz
Founder and managing director of SPS with over 40 years of professional experience. During this time, he has been responsible for two family businesses in Germany and Spain and has been the project manager for new parts for OEM and Tier 1 worldwide. Furthermore, he has been volunteering for the Chamber of Commerce for 20 years at both the German and European levels. Its close networking with national and international universities ensures a high quality of consulting.
Certified Moldex3D expert, former head of the thermoset working group of the AVK association, extensive knowledge in tool technology and plastic processing in theory and practice, which has a significant impact on FEA and process simulation.

Markus Schwarz
Markus Schwarz grew up in a family-owned injection molding business and gained experience in production and management. Later, over 10 years in international plastic processing, working in sales, market development, and global strategic marketing. Commercial all-rounder or “one-man agency” with a focus on specific marketing in the plastics industry. Overall, nearly 20 years active in the industry.
Bachelor honours in business administration and Master in Event and Project Management. Trained in image editing, photography, search engines, sales strategy, LinkedIn, and CRM.
Fluent in German, Spanish, English.
Prof. Dr. Sascha Englich
Professor at Steinbeis University Berlin, expert in plastics engineering and thermoset technology for reactive materials. Specific training as well as process optimizations.
